Add an editable "select" option

I was thinking it would be useful to have an option within the "select" tool to write your own entry.

For example, if I was using the "select" feature and my question was "Were any problems encountered?" then my options would be :

• (editable option by user)

• No problems were encountered.

I understand this can be added into the document afterwards, but figured this option would be useful for mobile users.
