Chain Booleans/ Tools

Would it be possible to create booleans within booleans? Or even to use the other tools within boolean?

Example situation:

• Question: Did waste disposal occur?

• Yes option: (# OF TRUCKS) trucks were loaded with (MATERIAL) from Grid # (GRID NUMBERS) for disposal at (FACILITY), located in (FACILITY CITY AND STATE). Manifests are appended to this report.

• No option: No waste disposal occurred.

If these fields marked by parentheses could have their own drop down menus or additional booleans I think that would make for some interesting uses.
